Treating TMD
After reviewing your symptoms and completing an oral exam, our 100 Mile House dentists work with you to develop a plan to treat and relieve your TMD symptoms.
There are a number of non-surgical treatment options for TMD including lifestyle changes, dental appliances, physical therapies, and restorative dental work to help correct any bite issues.
If your TMD is severe or not responding to non-surgical therapies, your dentist may refer you to an oral surgeon for surgical treatment of your condition.
